Inspired by Dr. George Washington Carver’s Jesup Wagon (1906, Tuskegee University), our retired ambulance has been transformed into a mobile classroom to bring hands-on food education to Far West Texas and beyond.
Partially funded by Texas Woman’s University’s StartHER Grant, this classroom-on-wheels will:
- Teach our 4-step GROW method to kids and adults
- Host online classes and meetings
- Record educational videos to reach even more people
